Before confirming, you can change items and quantities in your cart. A pending order awaiting payment can be cancelled from your account. After payment, call 7016-2222 to request cancellation. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled. If a paid order is cancelled, 10% VAT is deducted and 90% of the amount paid is refunded.
